I provide individual therapy for youth ages 12 and older. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, suicidality, self-harm, and prior eating disorder diagnoses/treatment. My therapeutic style is evidence-based focused on building coping, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills using CBT and DBT informed approaches. I also provide maintenance therapy for teens/young adults who wish to consolidate and maintain gains made in intensive outpatient or inpatient/residential programs.
